Terms of Service

By using GuessTheCountry you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Each round shows a photo of a real person. You pick their country from four options within 10 seconds. Correct answers score points; wrong answers or timeouts cost a life. Games end after 3 lives are lost or Level 10 is completed. Endless Mode unlocks after Level 10.

• Provide accurate account info and keep your credentials safe.
• Don't attempt to attack, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Don't submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content in profile fields.

Automated play, script-driven inputs, exploiting bugs, or otherwise fabricating scores is prohibited. We may remove scores and terminate accounts that violate this rule.

Person photos are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under reusable licenses (CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA, or public domain). Attribution is preserved in-app. All other UI, code and content is © GuessTheCountry and licensed only for personal, non-commercial use of the service.

The game is for entertainment. Metadata (nationality, birthplace, fun facts) comes from public sources and may contain errors or simplifications. We do not guarantee accuracy; you can report issues on the Contact page.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
